Anderson Earns Second Team AVCA All-America Honors
May 03, 2007Penn State sophomore mens volleyball student-athlete Matt Anderson (West Seneca, N.Y.) has been named a Second Team All-American by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA), officials announced today. The AVCA All-America awards will be presented at the NCAA National Collegiate Mens Volleyball Championship Banquet on the campus of Ohio State on Wednesday, May. 2. -

April 09, 2007The Springfield College mens volleyball team, under the direction of nine-year Head Coach Charlie Sullivan, has played its way into this seasons Molten Division III Invitational Championship. The four-team championship, hosted by three-time defending champion Juniata College, will be held at Memorial Gymnasium in the Kennedy Sports and Recreation Center in Huntingdon, Pa., on Friday and Saturday, April 13th and 14th. -
